Lincoln Surgical group Ltd, was established in 1985 in Belleville, Illinois by Dr Jay Haines. Over the years, the group has expanded to eight surgeons offering over 100 years of combined experience. Our surgeons are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year at both Memorial Hospital and St. Elizabeth's Hospital.
